The first step in a qualitative scan is to define a precise task that must include information about the volume to be scanned, the density of the dots, the accuracy, the additional test methods, etc. Before each scan, the ITED team prepares a task and performs quality control after field works is done to ensure the best result. ITED performs laser scanning and photogrammetry in collaboration with its partners who are capable of delivering quality work.

Using point clouds the ITED team can do the following:

Creation of survey drawings, floor plans, guts and cuts.

Analysis of deformations of building structures, facades, floors.
Development of 3D and BIM inventory or creation of existing situation models in different software (Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla, Sketchup, etc).

Construction supervision and BIM upgrading during construction work.
