ITED was founded in Latvia in 2014 as a specialized BIM consultancy. Since then, we have worked with design, construction and client-side teams on BIM and digital construction assignments.
Our work covers design-stage BIM coordination, construction-side BIM support, model QA/QC, as-built/AIM information and practical project information workflows.
The goal is not to create more BIM work. The goal is to make BIM help the project: clearer coordination, better information quality and fewer delivery surprises.
Practical BIM, not unnecessary complexity.
We do not believe that more modelling, more information, more meetings or more BIM documents automatically create better projects.
BIM is useful only when responsibilities are clear, information is checked and the project team understands what needs to be delivered.
